Let it Go || Art Fails *yikes*

This week I had this urge to draw like this ‘quote picture’, like those aesthetic prints that you can find on Pinterest. I was invested and even came with a quote myself. I started it with so much confidence. But the paint really dealt with me. I could never get the consistency right, It was too thin and watery. The sketch looked blocky. At some point I just gave up. I couldn't work on it anymore ( actually I didn't want to work on it anymore). I think I lost interest in it. But this is not a failure. Many people think that discontinuing an idea is failure but it's not. Leaving an idea when you have lost interest in it or you’ve just realized it's not going to come together is actually good for you. If something isn't clicking, let it go. Forget it. Move forward. Do another one, an even better one. Prove yourself. Just Remember let go of those shitty ideas.
